Summer 2019

The Tasting Panel Magazine was “wildly infatuated,” if not “seriously smitten” with Cordon 2016 “L’Inox” Sauvignon Blanc

granting the wine 93 big points in the May 2017 issue!

“Veteran Central Coast winemaker Etienne Terlinden crafts his own label, creating this crisp beauty, cold-fermented in stainless steel.  Candied pineapple lands on nose and palate with ravishing acidity, and that cut-glass edginess that makes it both modern and akin to an Old World Sancerre in nature.  Bright tropical notes carry through to the refined, steely-dry finish. 93 “
